Since 2020, ARROW has launched the “ARROW Change Makers” initiative, focusing on social innovation, intersectionality, and gender leadership. The program empowers diverse young leaders to become effective agents of social change.

The initiative runs annually, bringing together participants from across the Asia-Pacific region. Through social innovation and intersectional workshops, it fosters collaboration between policymakers, civil society, youth leaders, and activists to drive progressive change.

In addition, the program supports scalable social change initiatives in SRHR by providing mentorship, incubation, and seed funding.
