Play & Act | HappyPower Ambassador Program

We’re inviting you to join the HappyPower Ambassador Program and “play into action” with us.

Ambassadors are teammates who stand shoulder-to-shoulder with HappyPower—drawn in by curiosity, staying because they share our vision. You’re more than a “supporter”; you bring imagination and initiative to turn HappyPower into reality.

Here, you can be a communicator, designer, organizer, engineer—or simply someone who asks good questions, participates wholeheartedly, and plays with intent.

We won’t pigeonhole you; we leave room for you to define your own role.

Whether you excel at hands-on prototyping, visual storytelling, or content creation, if you’re ready to explore new possibilities in everyday life, welcome to the HappyPower adventure!

Tech & Engineering ｜ Make Ideas Run

| Programmer · Engineer · Mechanical Designer · Architect · Urban Planner |

Turn bold energy concepts into working play devices—you’re the engine of HappyPower.

You will work on:

Building behavior-energy economy algorithms and blockchain layers
Developing functional modules for HappyPower’s interactive installations (energy harvesting / mechanical structures / interaction logic)
Collaborating with designers and content strategists to bring the “Energy Playground” from blueprint to reality
Driving on-chain integration, experimenting freely, and blending product tech with back-end system design
Co-planning more inclusive urban systems

We hope you can:

Speak fluent Chinese and understand—or quickly adapt to—the China context
Commit ≥ 10 hours per week for at least 3 months alongside the team
Work with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other IoT / embedded platforms
Understand mechanical structures and kinetic-energy conversion (hands-on experience is a plus) or
Know the basics of architectural design and urban planning, and be open to inclusive design approaches or
Enjoy experimenting with new methods to build truly fun, user-friendly “clean-energy” devices or
Be familiar with Web3 / blockchain / token mechanisms and keen to co-design behavior-energy algorithms or
Possess strong systems-thinking skills, a love of experimentation and idealism, and the drive to translate behavior-energy concepts into operating rules for social-impact prototypes

Visual Design ｜ Give “Play” a Visible Language

| Graphic Designer · 3-D Modeler · Renderer · Industrial Designer |

From posters to installation forms, you’ll express HappyPower’s childlike spirit, creativity, and public ethos through images and space.

You will work on:

Building the brand’s visual system (slides, posters, social assets, merch, etc.)
Designing, modeling, and rendering device exteriors and spatial installations
Translating the abstract idea of “joy” into tangible visual language and tactile experiences
Creating spatial and interactive experiences that invite people to engage with play spaces
Pursuing cross-cultural design and co-creation—finding shared visual languages for rural, urban, post-disaster, teen communities, and more—to help HappyPower localize worldwide

We hope you can:

Speak fluent Chinese and understand—or quickly adapt to—the China context
Commit ≥ 10 hours per week for at least 3 months alongside the team
Use tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Blender, Rhino, etc. or
Be passionate about spatial design, installation art, or urban visual experiences or
Tell stories visually, turning ideas into compelling, shareable imagery or
Work across disciplines and cultures, weaving writing and design together or
Understand interaction design, spatial art, behavioral research, and game mechanics, with a distinctive perspective on social and emotion-driven product design

Content Strategy & Social Media ｜ Let the World Hear Our Experiment

Make HappyPower resonate far beyond a single location—and linger in people’s minds.

You will work on:

Planning and producing content for WeChat, Xiaohongshu, podcasts, short-form videos, and more
Curating information and creating stories around sustainability, child well-being, urban space, and related topics
Documenting the project’s growth and crafting narratives that captivate and inspire

We hope you can:

Speak fluent Chinese and understand—or quickly adapt to—the China context
Commit ≥ 10 hours per week for at least 3 months alongside the team
Be attuned to social issues and fluent in the pacing and tone of different platforms
Write clearly—and also edit video, build slide decks, or create graphics (any tools welcome)
Dig for more powerful storytelling angles that help more people understand and join HappyPower

Project Manager ｜ Keep the Rhythm, Land the Ideas

You’re the guardian of quality and the navigator of pace—making sure every burst of creativity reaches solid ground. As a project manager for HappyPower’s sub-projects, you’ll own the entire journey from kickoff to delivery, driving schedules, aligning resources, and fostering cross-team collaboration.

You will:

Draw up project plans, setting clear goals, timelines, and key milestones
Coordinate engineers, designers, and content teams to keep everyone moving together
Monitor progress, risks, and budgets, solving obstacles the moment they appear
Report status regularly, ensuring transparency and timely feedback to the team and leadership
Join requirement breakdowns and solution reviews, pushing details toward execution
Organize project meetings and events that motivate teammates to stay engaged

We hope you can:

Speak fluent Chinese and understand—or quickly adapt to—the China context
Commit ≥ 10 hours per week for at least 3 months alongside us
Excel at organization and communication, smoothly aligning diverse resources and teams
Bring project-management experience (agile, waterfall, or other methods a plus)
Own a strong sense of responsibility, drive projects independently, and stay calm under pressure
Share our belief in HappyPower, with a passion for social innovation and community co-creation
Bridge disciplines easily, conversing fluently with tech, design, and content teams

Kick-start Your HappyPower Momentum

We ask for a commitment of at least 10 hours per week, walking side-by-side with HappyPower for a minimum of 3 months.

Why three months?

Because sustained companionship means more than a momentary “like.”

During those three months we’ll explore, build, and learn through trial and error—together.

After that, you can choose to keep adventuring with us, or to carry the spirit of HappyPower into new actions of your own.

Having ideas is wonderful.

Yet we believe the rarest, most powerful people are those who actually turn an idea into reality.

What Is HappyPower?

HappyPower is an innovative brand that fuses energy technology with social gaming. Every act of play becomes clean power; every play space is envisioned as a distributed energy station. Our goal is to weave an energy internet and build a behavior-powered economy in which anyone can take part.

We create interactive energy-harvesting play devices so that as people climb, jump, and spin, they generate electricity, purify the air, and light up the city—together building a sustainable energy ecosystem open to all.
