Our goal is to rebuild the connections among people, energy, and the city through play. For us, play is not merely an activity; it is a way of creating.

Core Technology Co-Builder ｜ Architect the Behavior-Energy Operating System

We’re seeking a key technical partner to lead everything from behavior data capture, energy points, decentralized accounts, and incentive distribution to future financialization or platformization. This is a systems-minded engineer who understands both internet-product logic and decentralized thinking—someone who can turn an ideal social framework into a working operating system.

What you’ll need to bring

Fluent Chinese and a solid grasp of the China context
Product integration skills: distill key data points and play mechanics from HappyPower’s behavior logic, then design matching UIs and data flows
Back-end architecture expertise: build user-account systems, behavior-points ledgers, and energy-data record & calculation services
Blockchain / Web3 / token mechanisms: familiarity with DAO governance or NFT incentives to “chain-ify” the behavior-energy economy
Systems abstraction talent: translate “behavioral energy” into executable rules—thinking about the economy as if you were building SimCity or a financial model
Experimental spirit & idealism: we’re not just coding an app; we’re co-creating a social-experiment operating system

Core Design Co-Builder ｜ Craft Immersive, Energy-Driven Human Experiences

We’re looking for a Human-Experience System Architect—someone who can weave space, behavior, psychology, and energy into a single narrative container that people want to step into and connect with.

Within the behavior-energy economy, you curate the interplay between people and place. You’re not a traditional UI or industrial designer; you understand the intricate ties among people, space, energy, and emotion, and can translate social interaction into spatial and system language. Most of all, you guide people into the “game,” where they gain value, belonging, and resonance.

What you’ll need to bring

Fluent Chinese and a strong grasp of the China context
Spatial & interactive-experience design: use color, form, and installations that make people want to play and explore (stage, playground, interactive-art, or game-installation experience is a plus)
Systems thinking: convert “play,” “behavior,” and “energy” into interaction flows and point systems—design as the entry point to a living system, not mere decoration
User-psychology insight: know how different ages and communities connect in public space; familiar with immersion, motivation triggers, and reward loops
Cross-cultural design & co-creation: craft shared visual languages for rural, urban, post-disaster, or teen contexts—scalable worldwide
Cross-disciplinary collaboration: work smoothly with engineering, content, product, and community teams, delivering solutions that are both poetic and practical
Design storytelling: build an extensible visual system, IP characters, and spatial narratives that give HappyPower a memorable global “brand universe”

Kick-start Your HappyPower Momentum

We ask for a commitment of at least 10 hours per week, walking side-by-side with HappyPower for a minimum of 3 months.

Why three months?

Because sustained companionship means more than a momentary “like.”

During those three months we’ll explore, build, and learn through trial and error—together.

After that, you can choose to keep adventuring with us, or to carry the spirit of HappyPower into new actions of your own.

Having ideas is wonderful.

Yet we believe the rarest, most powerful people are those who actually turn an idea into reality.

What Is HappyPower?

HappyPower is an innovative brand that fuses energy technology with social gaming. Every act of play becomes clean power; every play space is envisioned as a distributed energy station. Our goal is to weave an energy internet and build a behavior-powered economy in which anyone can take part.

We create interactive energy-harvesting play devices so that as people climb, jump, and spin, they generate electricity, purify the air, and light up the city—together building a sustainable energy ecosystem open to all.
